IREPS Works Tenders: How to Upload Documents During Bid Preparation and Submission?

During Bid Preparation and Submission process of a tender you need to attach some documents for compliances and conditions. Yo need to attach these documents at different places but the process of the uploading/attaching the documents is same for every place in  IREPS application. Here we have taken the example to attach the documents during Bid Preparation and Submission process. To upload the document the user has to click on the document upload icon which opens the Attach Documents page as shown below:

How to Submit a Revised Offer for Works Tenders?

Vendors/Bidders are not permitted to edit/change their financial bids for an item once it is signed and submitted to the system using their Digital Signature Certificate, as the Financial Bid details are stored in an encrypted form in the server. However, vendors/bidders are given the option of Revised Bid using which the previous bid can be revised.

How to Submit Financial Bid for Works tenders?

If you are authorized to bid against a tender, you will get an icon Bid Process against the tender in searches and in your inbox folder ‘My Tenders (Live)’ after login. The bidding page can only be accessed after making payments for TDC and EMD.

After the payments towards EMD and TDC have been made by the user, clicking on Bid Process icon opens the bid preparation and submission interface.

What are the Transaction Charges of SBIePay to make a transaction on IREPS?

IREPS is using the payment gateway named SBIePay to make the transaction through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking and IMPS on their site. Users are advised to check and compare the transaction charges applicable for different modes of online payments and choose a suitable option. These transaction charges are charged by the payment gateway and are to be paid by the user over and above the transaction amount required by IREPS.

IREPS E-Payment: Important Notice for Vendors/Bidders of Supply Tenders!!

It is brought to the notice of all bidders that manual/ offline mode of payment through Demand Draft, Banker's cheque, Deposit receipts, Guarantee Bonds etc. are not available to Indian firms against supply tenders published on or after 01.09.2016. These bidders will have to make payment towards tender document cost and earnest money against such tenders through online payment modes like net banking, debit/ credit cards etc. available on IREPS portal. Manual/ offline payment mode shall however continue to be available to foreign firms, and also for all tenders published before 01.09.2016. Manual/ offline payment mode shall continue to be available for tenders of MRVC till further notice.

The bidders will have to make payment towards tender document cost and earnest money against such tenders through online payment modes like net banking, debit/ credit cards etc. available on IREPS portal. Manual/ offline payment mode shall however continue to be available for all tenders published before 15.09.2016. Manual/ offline payment mode shall continue to be available for tenders of MRVC till further notice.
