What is the process for refund of payments made online?

Refund Process:

In case of online transactions made on IREPS; refund request will have to be made by the firm to the respective tendering authority for manual refund.(Click here to view detailed Terms & condition).

For refund of Online Bidder registration Fee, bidders should contact to Dy.CMM/S&P/Northern Railway. For refund of manual Bidder registration Fee, bidders should contact to respective depot from where registration of firm was done
