What are IREPS Help Desk Phone Numbers and Email IDs?

  1. sir our loging pass word was forget in railwa auction purchase of the railway materials. ,kindly send me new loging passward urgent today. tommorow
    will railway auction dt,30,may,we are not attain and purchase the railway auction material because of forgetten login id password.we are requested to you last 3&4 days but not received id..our login password till date.we are new customer and registered in railway in new registration

    1. If you have forgotten your login password then you can easily change or reset it. You login id /user id will be your email id registered on IREPS website. If you know your email id /user id and have your Digital Signature Certificate then you can easily change your login password, to see the detailed process click on the link given below:

    1. Requirement of Statutory Details depends on the Nature of Business/Firm.

      CST No., VAT No. and Service Tax No. are marked with *** it means you must have anyone from these three. PAN No. of Proprietor/Partners and PAN No. of Firm marked with ** it means you must have anyone from these two.

  4. Hi sir, there is a transaction of regarding tender, amount is debited 3 to 4 times 5000 rs on 7/06/17 but that amount is not credited till now will you please tell me, what happened with that traction.

    1. The amount which you had paid for TDC or EMD?

      As you said that amount debited 3-4 times, can you tell me the what was the 'bank status' on ireps for all these payments.

      If you had paid these amount as EMD amount and tender not awarded to you then EMD amount will be returned to you. For reversal/refund of the EMD amount you need to contact to the concerned railway department which published the tender.

  7. Sir, I have not received my id and password even after registering yet. My request is no: 658204 . Please help me by sending the id and password today so that I can fill my tender, as it is the last date today. I have been reaching you by calling on the displayed no but Nobody is picking up the call on all the 4 phone numbers. I have sent a mail also ( helpdesk.eps@cris.org.in) but I have not received any reply. Please help me, I need the id and password today only.

    1. When you have submitted your registration request?

      IREPS generally takes 3 working days to approve or reject a new vendor registration request. So please wait for 3 working days after submission of registration request.

    I am unable to update GST . Screen shot attached here with. Sir I have already updated GST and participating in e_auction regularly. Now I have taken lot but bin sheet is not preparing by the depot. Reason is GST not updated. I am tried to update gst from last four days but unable to update GST. Please update GST as early as possible.

  13. payment for emd is paid through net banking mode but due to tender time is over tender is not submitted. what can i do for EMD refund process ?

    1. If tender not awarded to you then EMD amount will be returned to you. For reversal/refund of the EMD amount you need to contact to the concerned railway department which published the tender.

      Currently refund process is manual and time taken in refund depends on the concerned railway department.

    1. Generally IREPS takes three working days to approve or reject a vendor/bidder registration request.

      I hope that your request was approved by IREPS timely.

  15. This is not the case for those with wireless phone numbers. These kinds of phone numbers are not found in any telephone book; however, there are online directories. Most of these do require a fee. You can become included in an online Cell Phone Directory if you so desire.see it here

    while loggin in IREPS for tender i am facing this problem which i mention below.

    "failed to open websigner object doesn't support property or method 'open'"

    But as per your instruction given by your team i done all changes but still i am facing problem.
    I mailed your team many time but no response still now, also i called the respective number continuously busy busy busy.

    Sir its a request i am having important tender on 12th and 13th of this month please sort out the issue.

  19. Dear Team

    Our organisation is 'Safeguard Systems', we wanted to do vendor registration in the portal for Indian Railways Eprocurement

    for participating in the tenders floated by Indian Railways.

    During process after entering all the details in the first page

    and clicking the proceed button reports admin error Firm is already registered.

    But when we login under one of the following emails

    safeguard_systems@yahoo.com or safeguardsystems001@gmail.com and ask for

    sending the password to be sent to one of the above emails, system reports admin error

    Firm name not registered. The same error is appearing when the option of change of password is sought.

    Please help us in the process of Vendor Registraion.

  23. TDC cost is debited from my account but payment status is still showing failed




    Today dt.18.07.2018 i participated in tender no. so i need to pay the TDC amount then i paid by Internet banking ( OBC bank) of amount of Rs. 2017.70 was debited from my account but amount was not paid to North central railway by this the status of payment showing failed. I paid this by Sbiegateway.
    I want to know the problem or is this my TDC amount is returned or not ?

    1. If your payment has been failed and money deducted from your account then it will be returned to your Bank account within 3-7 working days it depends on your bank.

  24. sir i was registering for new vendors in ireps for tendors but whenever i press the proceed buttton it shows me that this property or method doesnt support however i m using class 3 pendrive and also install it on my pc.... plz teel me the solution for this problem..
