E-Payment

Electronic Payment feature to make online transaction in IREPS has been launched in Jan 2012. Currently Integration is only with the State Bank of India for Internet Net Banking users only. Tender Document Cost, Bidder Registration Fee and Standing EMD of lots have been implemented and running successfully.

  1. WE HAVE PAID TENDER COST FOR ADVERTISED TENDER OPENED IN DEC 2012. THE SAME TENDER WAS RE-TENDERED IN APRIL 2013 IN WHICH WE HAVE NOT PAID TENDER COST AND MENTION IN " TD COST" THAT " SINCE WE HAVE ALREADY PAID TENDER COST WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY AGAINS TD.IS IS CORRECT ? THE PURCHASER WANTS TO CANCELL THIS TENDER EVENTHOUGH WE ARE L-1

    1. What is the name of your firm and tender number for which you had paid the TDC and re-tendered tender number?

    2. Vendors need to pay the Tender Document Cost against each and every Advertise Tenders to participate in bidding even if that tender is re-tendered. TDC amount is non refundable and purchaser have the rights to cancel a tender if TDC amount not reached to him within the specified time period.

    3. How to make TDC and EMD payment online through corporate banking, while i am submitting the payment there is no option for corporate banking and its showing only for personal banking, please help me in submitting the payments

    4. Currently corporate banking option is not available for all banks, SBI epay providing the payment option through corporate banking only for few banks.

      IREPS will be integrated with other payment gateways very soon, once they will be integrated with the IREPS then you will have more options and more banks for payments of TDC and EMD in IREPS application.

  2. In many E-tender it is mentioned that Tender document cost paid in the form of demand draft only however we have the facility to pay TDC through E-payment (SBI). Is there any problem if we could not pay the TDC in form of DD for any e-tender.

      You can pay the TDC through Online Payment (SBI) and there will be no problem whether it is mentioned or not in tender document.

  4. We are trying to submit TDC for RCF KXH Tender through online net banking from SBI account , but every time when we click the submit button the site shows a message " Merchant details are not available. Sorry unable to process your request. " and we are unable to deposit TDC .

    TDC Payment is working fine, this issue is reported only by you. You are requested to contact SBI helpdesk on 022-27566066, 022-27566067, 022-27560137 and 022-27566501.

    also raise this issue to EPS Helpdesk if your problem is not resolved by SBI team.

  6. can i submit EMD in installment from multiple accounts/ cards...

    e.g : total emd 300000/- +> 50000(credit card) + 50000(Debit card) + 200000(net banking )

  7. while paying for TDC amount deducted from bank account but not credited into account of ireps....BANK STATUS....CONFIRMATION PENDING....since last 2 days...HELP!!!!

Confirmation Pending mean, there could be communication failure.....please click on Retry link available next to "CONFIRMATION PENDING" if the transaction status is success and amount has been debited then it will be updated at IREPS end. If not resolved kindly email your issue to "ireps.pg@cris.org.in" or call on helpdesk number 01123370703/04

  10. We are trying to pay EMD of 12 lacs through sbi internet banking but every time we are using ID Password via SBI epay no action is moving forward and we are getting mail like
    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Your IREPS payment Transaction with IREPS Ref no.****** for amount Rs.1200000 has Failed/Rejected becuase of Invalid Reference Number..

    Please contact IREPS helpdesk/your Bank for further clarification.

  13. I tried to participate in e-tender through IREPS on 07/02/2017. I paid the EMD amount but unfortunately could not submission form before the time elapsed. Now my EMD is blocked without submitting the tender. I am not getting any response from the respective works department with regards to the refund. Could you please guide

      For refund process you need to contact to concerned Raiway Departments only and they will resolve your issue.

    2. Thank you for your prompt reply. I wrote an official letter to Chief Works Manger last week. But have not received any correspondence from them. Could you suggest whom to escalate this matter in case the respective department does not respond. Any higher authority you can suggest? I am unnecessarily getting charged interest on my credit card.

    3. the same kind of problem happened us we have paid EMD on 16/12/2016 . even though contacted concern railway authorities not known to make the EMD refund. with IREPS transaction ID they wont find out and resolve the issue our transaction IREPS ref no NE 119382 on 16-12-2016.can you direct to solve the issue more than 180 days our payment history also passed out from our user ID in your portal. your portal represent the un successful emd will be automatically credited to our bank account, but morethan 180 days we have paid interest to bank. shall we reimburse the interest also

    We have taken the online user id and passoword from the bank. But when we go to action site and click on the integrated bank account option a page appear where we have to give our sbi netbanking user id and password. But when we put the user id and password it shows incorrect id and password. Bu the same id and password when we given in the google croom in the sbi netbanking website separately it successfully open. So please guide me what is the problem and what shall i have to do. my Online bidding ireps id is agarwala_sanjay@rediffmail.com.

  15. Hi sir my emd are still not refund i fill tender last december when i discous concern department his say headquarter are not creadit us so plez tell me which officer in headquarter discous about this problem

    1. It is clearly mentioned on the IREPS website that:

      Refund Process: In case of online transactions made on IREPS; refund request will have to be made by the firm to the respective tendering authority for manual refund.

      Refund Policy:

      1. The transaction once done cannot be cancelled.
      2. Even in case of duplicate payment by the firm, refund request will have to be made by the firm to the respective tendering authority for manual refund. No request for online refund including chargeback for card payments shall be entertained.
      3. If status of transaction is being shown as Failed on IREPS portal but the bank account of the firm has been debited, such transactions will be reverted and the corresponding amount shall be credited to the source account by the concerned bank automatically.

  16. we are doing etender services, we are facing many issues while submitting emd (icici, iob, union bank) these banks are not coming in net banking drop down menu. so they are asking us to send money from our firm account and they are ready to give cheque to us. is it fair?? shall we transfer money from our firm account and it may cause any problem while recollecting emd by our clients from concern department?

  17. Currently you can only use banks which are available on IREPS website. More banks will be available in near future.

  18. Sir, we are trying to submit TDC on IREPS website. But the payment is not going through. Sometimes the card details page is not opening properly, and sometimes the bank response page (after entering OTP) is not opening. We have tried various times with other options, but payment is not being submitted.
